He is survived by: his significant other Sharon Hurley; his children, Chris (Nancy), Monique (Leonard), Miles (Kathy), Kimberly (Andrew) and Lisa (Geoff); and his siblings, Annette (Dallas) and Gary (Mary). He is also survived by his grandchildren and great grandchildren.
