He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Horsman and Lena Horsman (Mullin); his wife Elizabeth Horsman; his sons, Bruce, Glenn and John; and his siblings, Barbara Peach, Garnett and Dana.
He is survived by: his children, Linda Weldon (Cecil), Sandra Whalen, Pamela Budd (Winfred), Patricia Boss (Paul), Andrew Horsman, Tim Horsman and Donald Horsman. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren; as well as many nieces, nephews, and extended family.
