She was predeceased by: her parents, Cléophas Melanson and Edna Melanson (LeBlanc); her husband Paul Dutcher; her son Peter; and her siblings, Yvon, Aurele, Normand, Freda, Clara and Doris.

She is survived by: her son Charles Dutcher of Ottawa; and her sister Pauline Shea of Moncton. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In memory of Bella, a contribution to the Friends of The Moncton Hospital Foundation (Geriatrics) would be appreciated.
