He is survived by: his wife Sherry Levi; his children, Asia Augustine (Colton) of Elsipogtog, David John of Elsipogtog, Richard Levi (Cassandra) of Elsipogtog, Sonny Boy Augustine of Elsipogtog, Robert Augustine of Elsipogtog and Nicholas Champ Augustine of Elsipogtog; his grandchildren, Taylor, Veada, Malasia, Zeddrick, Zeke, Isabella and Zoriah; and his siblings, Brenda Augustine (Howard) of Elsipogtog, Agnes Levi (Alex) of Elsipogtog, Joel Augustine (Hazel) of Elsipogtog, Garnett Augustine (Cara) of Elsipogtog, Nicholas of Elsipogtog, Aaron Augustine (Robyn) and Galloway. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
