She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilfred Guimond and Diana Guimond (Seyer); and her siblings, Irène Villeneuve (René) and Maurice Guimond (Berthe). She is survived by: her significant other Bernard Morneau; her stepchildren, Alain Morneau and Brigitte Morneau; her siblings, Marguerite Cooper (Gary) of Richibouctou-Village, Edna Robichaud (Aldoria) of St. Anne, Jeanne AuCoin (Robert) of Richibouctou-Village, Laurette Guenette (late Richard) of Boucherville, Quebec and Jean Guimond of Richibouctou-Village; and her granddaughter Jessica.

Donations can be made in Claudette's memory to the Canadian Cancer Society, or to the St-Charles Cemetery.
