Daniel Doucette Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Daniel Doucette of Moncton, New Brunswick, born in Mount Stewart, Prince Edward Island, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 18, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Daniel shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Daniel farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Rose-Anne Doucette and William Daniel Doucette; and his son Bobby Doucette. He is survived by: his significant other Wanda Doucette; his children, Danny Jr. Doucette (Sue Doucette) and Alisha Bastarache (Joseph Bastarache); and his great grandchildren, Adèle, Claire, Greyson and Amelia. He is also survived by sixteen brothers and sisters, as well as by many dear friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Lakeville Community Centre (2018 NB-134, Moncton, NB E1H1N7).
In lieu of traditional flowers, donations may be made to a charity of your choice or to the Albert Hospice House, where Danny spent his final days and was treated with care and compassion beyond all expectations.
