He was predeceased by : his parents, Murray Bowser and Edna Bowser (Boudreau); and his children, David Edward Bowser and Linda Ann Lane. He is survived by : his children, Sheila Biggar, Esther Bowser, Karen Ratcliff, Fraser Bowser (Doris) and Stephen Bowser; and his sister Patricia Rockwell. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
