We are sad to announce that on January 5, 2021, Eileen Boucher of Moncton, New Brunswick passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, André Bastarache and Emelia LeBlanc; her husband Laurie Boucher; her siblings, Iola, Doris, Audrey, Emery (late Hazel) and Ronald; and her sister-in-law Patsy.

She is survived by: her children, Debbie Tingley (Jim) of Turtle Creek, Marc (Sylvie) of Fox Creek and David (Constance) of St-Anselme; her brother Terrence Bastarache (Marie-Anne) of Grand Falls; her sisters-in-law, Raymonde Bastarache of Quebec and Eva Mae Bourque (Paul) of St-Anselme; and her grandchildren, Sophie, Julie, Kyle and Erik. She is also survived by five great grandchildren, as well as several nieces and nephews.

Donations to the Alzheimer Society would be greatly appreciated by the family.

“I extend my sincere sympathies to Eileen's children and their families at this sad time. I worked with Eileen at Rubin's Department store on Main St. in Moncton back in 1960's and I actually baby-sat for her and Laurie on occasion when they would go out for an evening. Though we lost touch over the years I have fond memories of our working together and also socializing with our co-workers at the time. Moncton is my hometown too.
