With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Elizabeth Martin of Moncton, New Brunswick, who passed away on February 18, 2022. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, George Smith and Mary Smith (Cope); her husband Mervyn Martin; and her siblings, Marion Noble, Rayma Whitnack, Norm, Dick and Bob Smith.

She is survived by: her children, Bruce Martin (Ellen), Ann Vignault and Byron Martin (Eliza Hui); her brother Wendell Smith (Eva) of Ottawa; her grandchildren, Chris Martin (Jill), Beth Densmore (Brad), Mark Vignault (Jenna), Allie Vignault and Priscilla Wong (Thy Tran); and her great grandchildren, Hailey, Connor, Kira and Sadie. She is also survived by her many nieces and nephews and extended family.

Contributions may be made in Bette's memory to the Memorial Fund of St. George's Anglican Church (stgeorgesmoncton.ca) or The Friends of The Moncton Hospital (friendsfoundation.ca).
