She was predeceased by : her parents, Gordon Armour and Iris Armour; and her sister Helen Smith. She is survived by : her husband Eusebe LeBlanc; her son Wayne LeBlanc (Tessa Carpenter); her granddaughter Danica Mireault; and her siblings, Wesley Armour (Patricia), Dorothy Armour and Bernice Emeno (David).

“So sorry to hear of Elma's passing. Elma and I go back 70 years. My heartfelt condolences go out to Wesley and Bunny and their families. It has been a while since we had our visits with Elma and Bunny at Carolyn's cottage in Caissie Cape but really enjoyed them. As a matter of fact I will be there Aug 15th - 20th. Hope to see you there Bunny. Once again please accept my sincere condolences. I was shocked when I heard this sad news.”
