We bid farewell to Elsie Alice MacDougall (Moncton, New Brunswick), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on September 21, 2025 at the age of 88. Elsie touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her husband Donald MacDougall; and her brother Buddy Fraser. She is survived by: her children, Joyce Ross (Greg) and David MacDougall; her grandchildren, Stephanie Dingley (Chris), Christopher Ross (Marianne) and Jennifer Sullivan (Kevin Richardson); her great grandchildren, Shérine, Mackenzie, Zélia, Colin, Bennett, Cameron, Keaton and Ellie; and her siblings, June Mosher and James Fraser (Sonny). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 25th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:45 PM and from 3:00 PM to 3:45 PM. A reception was held on Thursday, September 25th 2025 from 3:45 PM to 5:45 PM at the Fair Haven Funeral Home & Cemetery (1177 Salisbury Rd, Moncton, NB E1E3V9).
