He was predeceased by: his parent Ernest Leblanc; his siblings, Raymond, Gérard, Oscar, Clarence, Dorine Hynes (Gerald) and Thérèse Allain; and his daughter Shelly.

He is survived by: his parent Eléonore Leblanc; his spouse Yvonne (Williams); his children, Paul (Carolyn) of Riverview, Bob (Shawnda) of Moncton, Maurice of Edmonton, Donald (Belinda) of Moncton, Terry of Moncton and Paula of Moncton; his siblings, Jeannette Gallagher, Loretta Burren and Paul (Laura) of Dieppe; and his foster children, Kerry Petitpas, Kimberly Doiron and Jody Blanchard. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and countless nephews and nieces, extended family and friends.
