He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Eva Carter and Ronald Carter; his wife Elaine; his daughters, Rebecca (Brian) and Lindsay (Dennis); his grandchildren, Alivia, Elliot and Henry; and his siblings, Norma (Stewart), Dale (Marilyn), Brenda (Peter), Michael (Judy) and Judy. He was also cherished by friends as a loving husband and father.
