He was predeceased by: his parents, Jean Maillet and Irène Maillet; and his brothers, Aurèle and Émile. He is survived by: his wife Rosa Maillet (Léger) of St-Damien; his daughters, Rachel Maillet of Cocagne and Jocelyne Maillet Cormier (Luc) of St-Antoine; his siblings, Roger Maillet (Delia) of St-Norbert, Georgina Cormier (Ovila) of St-Antoine, Louise McGraw (late Gérard) of Shediac, Florence LeBlanc (Roméo) of Massachusetts, USA, Rita Bastarache (late Donat) of Massachusetts, USA and Doris Caissie (Fidèle) of Massachusetts, USA; his grandchildren, Joël and Bobby; and his great grandchild Isabella.
