He was predeceased by : his parents, Delphis Roy and Madeleine Roy; his son Léonard; and his brothers, Len, Junior and George.

He is survived by : his wife Délia Roy of Dieppe; his children, Marc Roy (Mary) of Grand Barachois and Nicole Roy (Gilles) of Dieppe; his siblings, Clifford Roy (Louise) of Moncton, Raymond (Mireille) of Moncton, Anita (Paul Sirois) of Moncton, Lydia (Bill Green) of Moncton and Rita (late Robert Caissie) of Moncton; his grandchildren, Justin, Chantale and Cassidy; and also Gisèle Thebeau of Moncton. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.

“Marc, Paul and I are so sorry to hear of the passing of your Dad, we were all discussing about going 4 wheeling just a couple of weeks ago, your Dad was a great man, we will always cherish the laughs we had in the garage when he would come over to get his tires changed. We pray for you and the rest of the family to have strength to get through this difficult time, stop in anytime xo”
