He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Maye and Frances Maye; his former wife Stella Maye; his wife Patricia Ryan Maye; and his siblings, Marjorie, Lulu and Roy.
He is survived by: his children, Michele Ferguson (David) and Greg Maye (Michele); his grandchildren, Amanda Roberts (Grant), Ryan Maye (Meghan), Abby Ferguson and Eric Ferguson (Kinik); his great grandchildren, James and Stella Roberts; his stepchildren, Shannon Tilley (Jennifer) and Barbie Tilley (Brendan); his stepgrandchildren, Evan Strange, Ryan Tilley (Alex) and Shaye Tilley; his sister Shirley Dailey Goode; and his sister-in-law Bonnie Maye.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 3rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Fergusons Funeral Home (1657 Mountain Rd, Moncton, NB E1G1A5).
In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made in honor of The Heart and Stroke Foundation.
