It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Heather Joan Kennedy-Montplaisir (Moncton, New Brunswick), born in Vancouver, British Columbia, who passed away on March 29, 2024, at the age of 51, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her brother David Andrew; her grandparents, Harold, Ethel Kennedy, John and Margaret Clifton; and her pets, Megabyte and Rosie.

She is survived by : her husband Martin Montplaisir; her sister Christine Kennedy-Babineau (Mark); her parents, David Kennedy and Peggy Kennedy; her siblings-in-law, Annick and Travis (Lutes); her nieces and nephews, Kayla, Katelyn (Lutes), Owen and Isaac (Babineau); and her pets, Willow, Quinn and Henri.

“I was a Volunteer at the clinic that Heather attended at the Moncton Hospital on Thursdays. When she came in it was as if all the lights in the room shone brighter all at once! She had such a bright glow about her that you were immediately drawn to her and she had such a glint in her eyes and an infectious smile! She was always up for a good , or on my part, a not so funny joke. My wife Caroline and I want to extend our deepest sympathies to her husband and all her family. We will miss her!”
