She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Hamilton and Beulah Hamilton; her husband Robert LaPierre; her siblings, Donna Small and Allie Collier; and her son-in-law Kurt Angel.

She is survived by: her daughters, Sherry Hunter (Vaughan) and Brenda Angel; her grandchildren, Jonathan, Arissa, Jordan, Samantha and Amanda; her great grandchildren, Victoria, Allie, Rowan, Edison, Bennett, Maxwell, Jackson, Jamieson, Wyatt, Blake, Ryan and Wesley; and her brother Eldon Hamilton (Joanne). She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
