He is survived by: his mother Barbara Estabrooks (McLellan); his wife Lisa; his sister Carrie Settle (Wade); his sons, Dominic and Lucas; his stepchildren, Angel and Jaxon; his foster-childrens, Tyler and Natasha; his stepgrandsons, Jason, Alex, Noah and Christopher; and his nephews, Joshua, Zackary, David and Jacob.
