Don Madore wrote a sympathy message

“Sharron I was very saddened to learn just today of Jim’s passing. Jim was a great fellow land surveyor and also a great friend. I have a lot of great memories of Jim since I moved to Moncton in 1972. In fact when Jim went out on his own is when I replaced him at Key Surveys. Always a great person to be around. We served on many convention planning committees over the years. I would have liked to attend the service today but I was late in finding out Jim’s passing. My sincere condolences to you.”
