He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Catherine Reid (Valentinuzzi) of Truro, NS; his children, Douglas (Thiwarat) of Pictou, NS, Stephen of Sackville, NB, Jennifer of Calgary, AB, Peter of Belleville, ON and Brooke of Truro, NS; his granddaughter Isabelle (Stephen); his child Scarlette Clyke; his parents, Douglas W. Reid and Doreen G. Reid (Ellis) of Belleville, ON; and his siblings, Greg (Jennifer) of Ontario, Brad (Linda) of Ontario and Kelly Johnston (Van) of Ontario.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, April 4th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Truro Horsmen's Club (73 Ryland Ave, Truro, NS B2N 2V5).
