With profound sadness, we say goodbye to John W. Staples (Moncton, New Brunswick), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. John left this world on November 9, 2025 at the age of 88, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil John of Nashwaaksis, NB and Lorna Hilda Staples (Munday) of Surrey, UK; his sister Patricia Creighton (Berney); and his nephew Geoffrey Creighton. He is survived by: his wife Helen (Sheppard); his sister Shelagh Saunders of Mississauga; his children, Heidi Staples, Margaret Reddy (Stephen), Mark Staples (Karen) and Rosalind Staples-Simpson (Patrick); his nieces, Susan Creighton (Graham), Catherine Creighton, Sara Creighton-Wiebe (Tim) and Laura Di Matteo (Anthony); his nephew Tim Saunders (Chrystal); his grandchildren, Alexander, Matilda (Staples), Jillian and John (Simpson); and his pet Sasha.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in John's memory to St George's Anglican Church, the Canadian Cancer Society, PAW-SBA, or the charity of your choice. The family has chosen to send donations to All Funds.
