He was predeceased by: his parents, Bliss Wilson and Gladys Wilson (Wilbur); his brothers, Clive, Orville and Roscoe; and his grandson Trevor Smith.

He is survived by: his daughter Marlene Smith (Louie); his granddaughters, Amy, Courtney and Brianne Smith; and his great grandchildren, Shirley Murphy, Debra, Vicky, Tammy, Ronda and Dennis. He is also survived by spouses and children.
