She was predeceased by: her parents, Adolphe Thibodeau and Marie-Anne Thibodeau (Maillet); her husband Thomas "Tommy"; her grandson Luc Gauvin; and her siblings, Diana, Aurore, Antoine, Elie, Emile, Donat and Placide.
She is survived by: her children, Monique Gauvin, Blanche Gauvin (Terrance), Simonne Gauvin, Roland (Lucie), Marcel (Wendy), Alice Gauvin Cormier (Gilles) and Charline Townsend (David); her brother Ernest (Anita); and her sisters-in-law, Edna Thibodeau and Cathy Thibodeau. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
