It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Laurie Collette (Moncton, New Brunswick), born in Saint Paul, New Brunswick, who passed away on February 20, 2018, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parent Rémi Collette; his wife Alice; his daughter Simone; and his siblings, Dora, Anita, Irène, Léona, Precille, Edouard, Gérard and Philomon.
He is survived by: his parent Lucianne Collette (Robichaud); his children, Paul (Marie-Ann) of Shediac, Armand (Anne) of Québec, Raymond (Claire) of Dieppe, Claire Richard (Georges), Della Piccott (Terry) and Louise Collette-Bois (Roch) of Bathurst; and his siblings, Dorina Melanson of Moncton and Fred of Moncton. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren.
In memory of Laurie, a contribution to the Moncton Headstart, the Moncton Boys & Girls Club or to a charity of the donor's choice would be appreciated.
