He was predeceased by: his parents, Jean-Pierre Galllant and Blanche Galllant; and his sister Claudette Tingley. He is survived by: his children, Joey of Moncton, Kim of Moncton, Susan Tait of Moncton and Elaine of Moncton; his siblings, Pat Murphy (Mike) of Shediac, Jeannette Gallant of Moncton, Louise Cormier of Moncton, Gisèle Brun (Louis) of Moncton, Jean-Guy of Dieppe, Stella Gallant (Donald) of Summerside, PE and Thérèse Savoie (Martin) of Moncton; his brother-in-law Harold "Buddy" of Shediac River; and his close friend Jeannette McKeigan of Memramcook. He is also survived by his 8 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren; also by several nieces and nephews.
