It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Léona Paquet (Moncton, New Brunswick), born in Notre-Dame, New Brunswick, who passed away on January 24, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Alexandre Gagnon and Edna Gagnon (Léger). She is survived by: her husband George; her sons, Denis (Maryjo) of Moncton and Daniel (May) of Ste-Marie; her grandchildren, Alexander, Elizabeth and Katherine; and her siblings, Lilianne Gaudet (Donald), Muriel Gagnon, Jeannita Bouchard (André) of Gatineau, QC, Lorraine (late Ovila) of Dieppe, Sylvia Gagnon (Roger LeBlanc) of Notre-Dame, Georgette Lirette (Charles) of St-Philippe, Normand (Germaine) of Leominster, Irené (Bernice) of Grande-Digue, Gérard "Gerry" (Claudine) of Painsec Junction and Jean-Paul (Lucille) of St-Antoine. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
