He was predeceased by: his parents, Léonard Pitre and Adeline Pitre (Boudreau); and his siblings, Gisèle and Eudore. He is survived by: his children, Francois (Sarahlee) and Stéphanie (Martin); his siblings, Julia (Harold), Huguette (Alvin), Lina (Jean-Claude), Hubert (Carmella), Julien (Agnès), Eugêne (Guylaine), Ulric (Carole) and Robert (Suzanne); his mother-in-law Martina (late Rémi); and his sisters-in-law, Louise and Marthe. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and, friends.
The family also encourages those who wish to make a donation to the CNIB (Canadian National Institute for the Blind).
