Maria Roy Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Maria Roy (Moncton, New Brunswick), who passed away on November 19, 2020. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Maria Roy to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Maxime Vautour and Aurore Vautour; and her sisters, Jeannette and Noëlla (Burns). She is survived by : her husband Yvon Roy; her children, Dorine Roy of Moncton, Florence Roy of Dieppe and Marcel Roy of Dieppe; her grandchildren, Jennifer (Michel), Nikos (Sonia), Sébastien and Jean-Daniel; her great grandchildren, Alexandre, Julien, Nicholas and Samuel; and her siblings, Léo (late Rita) of St-Anselme, Armand (Carol) of Minto, Patricia Madore (Donnie) of Moncton and Claudette Cormier (Tommy) of Moncton. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and friends.

Due to the current Covid-19 restrictions and in respect to Maria's wishes, a Funeral Mass will be held for the immediate family only.

In lieu of flowers, a donation in her memory can be made to the Hospice of Greater Moncton.
