She is survived by: her sons, Robert (Nancy), Gregory (Karen) of Upper Coverdale, Gerald (Susan) of Lower Coverdale and Douglas (Gilda) of Moncton; her grandchildren, James Garland (Kim), Jennifer Nickerson, Andrea Somers (Jeff), Christina Betts (Shane), Candace Garland (Amador Fernandez), Carla Garland (Corey Landry), Vanessa Steeves (Daniel) and Christian Garland (Monika); her great grandchildren, Morgan, Jayme, Lauren, Savannah, Alexa, Rowan and Avery; and her sister Roma Benson. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and extended family.
