She was predeceased by: her husband James Curwin; and her siblings, Walter Brighton (Barb), Vincent Brighton, Florence Maber (Don) and Dorothy Wallace (John).

She is survived by: her daughters, Beverly Franklin and Julie Curwin; her sons-in-law, Wayne Franklin and Chris Milburn; her grandsons, Adam (April), Sean (Kim) and Mark Franklin (Adrienne); and her great grandchildren, Allissa, Ryley, Millie, Waylon, Austyn and Dax Franklin. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 18th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:45 PM at the First Baptist Church (157 Queen St, Moncton, NB E1C1K9). A reception was held on Thursday, September 18th 2025 from 2:45 PM to 4:45 PM at the same location.
