He was predeceased by: his parents, Orley Fowler and Iris Fowler (Hicks). He is survived by: his wife Jocelyn Fowler; his sons, Gregory Fowler, Richard Fowler and Jason Fowler (Nancy); his sister Elaine Casey (Joe Brown); and his grandchildren, Nicholas Fowler, Emily Fowler, Laura Boon (Dawson), Katherine Fowler, Richie Fowler and Elizabeth Fowler. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Donations to Friends of The Moncton Hospital Foundation or St. Paul's United Church would be appreciated by his family.
