It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Lynn Gagnon (Moncton, New Brunswick), born in Sydney, Nova Scotia, who passed away on August 31, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father Edwin Cooper; and her brother James Cooper. She is survived by: her mother Doris Cooper; her husband Paul Gagnon; her children, Rachelle Gagnon (Stéphane Robichaud) of Shediac and David Gagnon of Halifax, NS; her grandchildren, Eric and Sophie; her siblings, Fern Hope (Ron) of Sydney, NS, Brenda Nearing (Byron) of Toronto, ON, Gary Cooper (Donna) of Sydney, NS, Heather Morrison (Adrian) of Sydney, NS and Leah Scott (Danny) of Ingonish, NS; and her sister-in-law Beth Moxley of Alberta. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.

Everyone attending the Celebration of life will be mandated to practice social distancing and wear a face mask.
