He is survived by: his wife Samantha Seely; his son Cayde Seely; his parents, Wayne Seely and Darlene Seely; his parents-in-law, Derek Vye and Kathy Vye; his brother Nick Seely; his sister-in-law Julie Seely; his nephew Carter Seely; his niece Jordyn Seely; his sister Kristen Seely; and his brother-in-law Wendell Vye. He is also survived by his extended family and dear friends.

The service will be for immediate family and close friends and limited to 50 people to comply with restrictions of Covid-19.
