We are sad to announce that on November 19, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Maurice Hervé Cormier (Moncton, New Brunswick). He was predeceased by : his parent Cécilia Cormier. He is survived by : his parent Hervé Cormier; his siblings, Gabrielle Cormier (Bill Carroll) of Sackville, N. B., Jean Cormier (Stephanie) of Riverview and Lise Derzaph of Victoria, BC; and his nieces, Kate and Madison Derzaph. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Everyone attending the visitation will be mandated to wear a mask. Due to the current Covid-19 restrictions, Funeral service will be held at Passage Funeral Chapel (625 Mountain Road, Moncton) for the immediate family only on Friday, November 27, 2020 from 2 to 3 pm.

Margot Bandy wrote a sympathy message

“We met Maurice at the Dickinson's cottage. After several attempts at waterskiing, our daughter gave up. After supper Moe took her back out and worked with her until she was up and skiing. The next day he went with our family and the Dickinson's on a boat trip. He was so generous with his time and his possessions. He cared about us when he barely knew us! Our heartfelt sympathy to his family and friends. If he enriched our lives in one weekend, how much more has he added to yours. Margot Bandy”
