He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Elaine Foo (Fetter) and Edward Marr Foo; his daughter Juliet; and his siblings, Boni Levie (Randy) of Brooks, AB, Kim Moncur (Brian) of Calgary, AB and Richard Foo (Jennifer) of Edmonton, AB. He was also cherished by his aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
