He was predeceased by: his parents, John McNeil and Ruth McNeil. He is survived by: his wife Jo-Ellen McNeil; and his siblings, David McNeil (Wendy), Donald McNeil and Laurie McNeil (Crystal). He is also survived by his nieces, nephew.
