He was predeceased by: his parents, Arnold Rietzel and Marie Rietzel; his wife Barbara Rietzel; and his siblings, Arnold Jr., Charles, James Rietzel, Patsy LeBlanc and Velma Breau.
He is survived by: his son Andrew M. (Peggy) of Saint John, NB; his grandson Ethan; and his siblings, Marilyn Carson (Allan), Sharon Lewis, Betty Cormier, Dorothy Bennett, Brian Rietzel (Jeannette), Ossie DeWolfe, Donald DeWolfe and Ray DeWolfe. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
