She is survived by: her husband Bernard Melanson; her daughters, Carole Melanson of Ottawa and Lisa Melanson-Daigle (Michel) of Ottawa; her grandchildren, Maxime, Isabelle and Maya; her sister Denise Richard-LeBlanc (Daniel Godbout) of Dieppe; and her nieces, Marie-Josée, Mélissa, Rose, Lise and Sophie.
