It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Olive Edna (Sturgeon) Tucker (Moncton, New Brunswick), born in White Rapids, New Brunswick, who passed away on September 16, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Anthony Tucker of Kelly's; her parents, Henry Sturgeon and Maria Sturgeon (Sullivan); her daughter Wendy; her granddaughter Sheena; and her siblings, Cora Curtis, William, James, David, Hazen, Myles, Sherman, Clarence, Sterling, Lindsay and Norman.
She is survived by: her children, Vivian Tucker (Greg) of Warwick Settlement, Audrey Brown (Daniel) of Moncton, Connie Walls (Bedford) of Dieppe and Calvin Sturgeon (late Daphne) of White Rapids; and her sisters, Grace Astle (Hiram) of Quarryville, Mary Tucker (Clarence) of White Rapids and Rita Sturgeon (Kenneth) of White Rapids. She is also survived by her 7 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
Tucker is resting at Holy Trinity Anglican Church on Friday from 3pm-7pm *please respect social distancing*. The Funeral Service will be held on Saturday at 10 am at Holy Trinity Anglican Church with Father Gerry Laskey officiating, Due to Covid-19 restrictions, the funeral will be by invitation only. Burial will follow in the family plot of St Bridget's Roman Catholic Cemetery.
