It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patrick Hughes (Moncton, New Brunswick), born in Amherst, Nova Scotia, who passed away on January 2, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Patrick Hughes and Clara Hughes; his wife Muriel June (Geldart); and his sister Mary Ethel O'Brien June (Mayme). He is survived by: his children, Wayne Bishop (Marilyn) of Salisbury, Lawrence Hughes (Arline) and Beverly Alcorn (Brian); his grandsons, David Alcorn and Kenneth Alcorn; his great grandchildren, Hannah of Moncton, NB and Kaitlin Alcorn of Moncton, NB; his sibling's children, Linda Dunwoody (Hank) of Winnipeg, MB, Sharon Duncan (Rob) of Winnipeg, MB, Patrick Hughes (Connie) of Statesville and Diane Izzett of Toronto; and his friends, Gail Steeves, Jeannine Arsenault, Verna Cormier and Linda Cormier (The Butterfly).
