He was predeceased by: his parents, John Richards and Helen Richards (Pelerine); his brother Leslie; his niece April; and his nephews, Paul and Wayne.
He is survived by: his sons, Johnathan of Edmonton and Timothy of Vancouver; his siblings, Joyce (Eric), Susan (Kevin), Marilyn, Paulette (Rex), Adam (Emily), Raymond, Michael (Marilyn), Brent and Edmund; and his nieces and nephews, Amber, Rachel, Holly, Jennifer, Amy, Jamie, Kim, Christa, Chelsea, Steve, John, Brian and Ryan.
