He was predeceased by: his parents, Thelma Costain (Gallant) and Burton Costain; and his sister Deborah Flanagan (Patrick). He is survived by: his sister Patricia Costain; his children, Matthew Costain, Tabbie Costain (Shawn Lutes) and Chandra Costain (Bobby Goguen); his stepdaughters, Jamie Lea Guthrie (Clinton) and Christa Hudson; and his grandchildren, Drake Costain, Alyssa Williams, Nathalie Costain, Kaylee Lutes, Connor Lutes and Mason Costain. He is also survived by nieces, nephew and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
