Philip O'Neill Obituary

We are sad to announce that, on February 26, 2026, at the age of 59, Philip O'Neill (Moncton, New Brunswick) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

As Philip departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Philip may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Philip leaves behind.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd O'Neill and Isabelle O'Neill (Beals). He is survived by: his wife Debra O'Neill (McGraw); his children, Jason O'Neill (Rebecca) and Jenna O'Neill; and his grandchildren, Macy, Charlie, Lily and Jamie.
