She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Sprague and Doris Sprague (Davis); her former husband Henry Burlock; her daughter Kari Lynn Burlock; and her siblings, Patricia Charlton and Fred Sprague.

She is survived by: her husband Gary Jay; her son Tony Burlock (Tara); her grandson Alexander Burlock; and her brother Ralph Sprague (Gail). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

A graveside service was held on Thursday, November 27th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:15 PM at the Fair Haven Funeral Home & Cemetery (1177 Salisbury Rd, Moncton, NB E1E3V9).
