He is survived by: his wife Julie Caldwell (Smith); his siblings, Mike (Mary), Eric, Duane (Renee) and Christine (Eric); and his nieces and nephews, Tracy, Lindsay, Stephanie, Lauren, Regan, Robin, Ben, Jordan, Braden, Rebecca, Curtis, Alex, Austin, Adam and Ellery.
