He was predeceased by: his parents, Evariste Babineau and Anna Babineau (Richard); and his brothers, Emery and George. He is survived by: his former wife Dorothy Donovan; his children, Rick (Mary), Mike (Kathy), David (Gerri), Jill (Greg), Larry (Shauna) and James (Catherine); his grandchildren, Lynley, Julia, Patrick, Cara, Grant, Eilidh, Stephanie, Ryan, Maria, Aaron, Katelyn, Nolan, Justin, Pierre and Maxime; and his great grandchildren, Kaius, Easton and Oliver.

In remembrance of Raymond's life, the family asks charitable donations be made to the Moncton Food Bank.
