He was predeceased by: his parents, Placide Durelle and Melinda (Robichaud) of Baie Ste Anne, NB.; his daughter Irene; and his siblings, Irene, Merita, Rejanne, Anne Marie, Fernand and Denis.
He is survived by: his wife Peggy (Macdonald); his daughters, Paula Durelle of Miramichi, NB, Rachelle Pelletier (Teddy Williston) of Hardwicke, NB and Roxanne Durelle Johnstone (Andrew) of Moncton, NB.; his grandchildren, Rene, Kiara, Jared, Christopher, Samantha, Janessa, Emma, Jorja and Jaks; and his siblings, Beatrice Savoie (late Wayne), Rosaire, Roseline, Perry (Debbie) and Jean Paul (Lisette).
