He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Sheila of Moncton; his sons, Bruce, Michael (Glen), Calvin and Daniel; his parents, Bernice Thomas of Grand Manan and Francis; and his siblings, Kenneth (Dianne), Stewart and Carolyn.

Visitation was held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the First Baptist Church - Moncton (157 Queen St, Moncton, NB E1C1K9). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
