She was predeceased by: her parents, Adelard Cormier and Anna Cormier (Saulnier); her husbands, Jerry Melanson and Paul Leger; her children, Jerry Sitarski and Suzanne Jeffs; her siblings, Laura Dallaire (Ovila), Gloria Delaney (Leonard), Paul, Lionel, Clarence, Louis, Aubin, Zéphir, Vincent and Ronald; and her close friend Patrick Connors.

She is survived by: her daughters, Charo Gale (Robert) and Natalie Nichols; her grandchildren, Savannah, Sophie, Shelby, Chandler, Ashten, Sidney, Neena, Chase and Brittney; her daughter-in-law Cheryl Anderson; her siblings, Viola Belliveau (Antoine), Annette Haché (Léo), Ernestine LeBlanc (Raymond), Euclide (Paula) and Jean-Guy (Karen); and the father of her children Philip Sitarski. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
